1. Scope of Application
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the exercise of its commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Sicherheitsschuh Inntal Gebert & Simon GbR.
By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. Delivery Conditions
Delivery Options
We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.
We deliver only by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
5. Payment
5.1 Prices
The prices indicated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include the statutory VAT.
5.2 Payment Methods
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you.
Prepayment
If you choose prepayment, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Credit Card
During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be debited immediately after placing the order.
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.Ã r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, identify yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer additional payment methods in the customer account to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. However, we have no influence on the offering of these methods; further individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal. You can find more information about this in your PayPal account.

How can I place an order?

3. Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, shipping costs are €4.90.
We offer free shipping for orders over €50.
How long does delivery take?
Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.
Which shipping service do you use?
We only ship with DHL.
Do I receive a tracking number?
Yes, after dispatch, you will automatically receive a DHL tracking number via email to track your shipment.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many European countries as well as selected non-EU states. The available shipping countries and their respective shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
4. Returns & Refunds
Who bears the return shipping costs?
The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have a voluntary return policy of 30 days.
When will the refund be issued?
After receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. Processing usually takes place within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
In what condition must the goods be returned?
Please return the goods unworn, clean, and, if possible, in their original packaging. Shoes may only have been worn for fitting.
5. Size & Fit
How do I find the right size?
Many items have a size chart directly on the product page. Please also note the sizing information in the item description.
What if I'm unsure between two sizes?
Our models are predominantly true to size. However, please refer to the respective sizing information in the item description, as individual models may vary. If you are unsure, you can always contact us – we are happy to help with size selection.
Can I try on shoes at home?
Yes, of course. Please try on shoes indoors only, on a clean surface, so that a return is still possible.
